It’s been a strong first half for Verbrec, with growth across revenue, profitability and pipeline, alongside a strengthened balance sheet and the addition of Alliance Automation to the Group.

Key highlights include:

→ Revenue was $46.1m and EBITDA was $4.0m (continuing operations)
→ Net cash increased to $11.6m (H1 FY2025: $2.3m)
→ Work in hand was $71m and pipeline was $203m
→ Alliance Automation is expected to contribute $60m in annual revenues

Together, these results reflect continued demand across our core markets and position Verbrec for ongoing delivery and growth.
